Arizona is a great place to play pickleball. The sport of pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the country, and very popular throughout AZ. What began as an activity for senior citizens is now popular with younger generations. National and international organizations have been established and sanctioned tournaments are being held world wide. Many sports complexes, gyms and activity centers are offering pickleball as an option for members and visitors. Pickleball centers are opening across the state offering both indoor and outdoor pickleball courts.

Pickleball equipment is available at most sporting goods stores throughout the state. Pickleball lessons are available from some pickleball facilities, and classes are offered at some college campuses.
